你肯定是点击升级为Prime用户，费用好像是一年79刀。
具体的取消流程是：先把去账户里把Amazon Prime 资格取消（首先找到亚马逊首页有一个try Prime ，找到有一个manage Prime membership，点击END membership，然后在弹出的对话框里点击确实END，就顺利退订啦。），然后到Contact Us里给美亚客服发信息（点右下角那个chat）确认是否扣款会还给我，得到了对方的肯定回复。然后就是耐心等着了。给大家看一下我和亚马逊客服的对话记录，以供发生类似网友们参考。

【如何关闭Amazon Prime的自动续费】
如题，谁知道呀。
1、登录网站，在右上角的位置，点击自己的账号，在下拉菜单中选择我的prime会员
2、进入到会员管理，在左侧可以看到当前会员到期的时间，也提示了会自动续费，点击续费前自动提醒。
3、关掉自动续费，到时再打开，点击红圈的终止会员和优惠。
4、选择放弃所有的会员权益，不会取消当前未到期的权益，而且后面还有确认过程
5、进入到四选一的页面，一般是选第三个，在会员期到期后，将终止自己的会员
6、点击确定即可取消到期自动续费，进入到会员管理中，左侧将显示可以选择自动续费，说明已取消自动续费
材料/工具：电脑一台
1、首先我们要打开美国亚马逊的网站。
2、点击“Your Account”进入账户。
3、这是进入账户的页面。
4、点击“Settings”栏里的“Manage Prime Membership”。
5、按图中操作。
6、当显示这一段英文的时候，表示prime会员不会自动续费，时间到后即自动关闭了。
